this is my weightloss journal. I have another journal but I want to keep it separate. mostly due to embarassment from all the times I've claimed I was starting a new diet and I backed out. This one is strictly for ALL the ups and downs. If i fall off the wagon I want to be able to get back on this journal and not feel embarrassed that I failed, but be able to start over and know that the people reading this journal have gone through the same trials and understand and not judge. I currently weigh 202 lbs (roughly) and I'm 5'4. I have 75 lbs to lose. Who's with me??
